I love my brother

Well, at last I have something new to write about. Nothing overly exciting, but it's new. Snaker came home for a visit last night, and will be in town until Friday afternoon or so, before he runs off for a concert or something over in the Dells area. So, today he met me for lunch. It was nice. I can't believe how much I miss him...well I can, but he's a brother, you'd think it wouldn't be that big of a deal...but we all know how great of a guy Jake is that it's hard not to miss him. Anyway...we were at lunch and for some reason he's got this idea in his head that I just need to pack up and leave Hillsboro at least for a little while anyway. It seems like lately when we talk he always manages to slip it into the conversation...like today it was...so when you work here you cook too, right? and I was like yes I do. And he says, "so basically you could take what you have for bartending skills and use it anywhere and make a living...like you could come out to San Diego for a year and work, just bartending at a place this size (dan and nancy's) and make 300 a day. Which him doing this isn't a big deal nor is it suprising...the real problem is that it's something that I would do...but I can't just say ok Mickayla we are moving here for awhile to try it out and see how we like it. There would be soooo many people here that would be upset with me for it.
